Very disappointing experience. The AC wasn’t working throughout the show, making the theatre extremely hot and uncomfortable despite paying for an air-conditioned experience. The management also failed to provide a proper response. The AC and customer service need immediate improvement before this theatre can be recommended.

Visited Nagendra Screen to watch *Dhurandhar: The Revenge*. The theatre is neatly maintained, with comfortable seats, decent AC, and good sound quality. However, the screen clarity could be better, there were quite a few mosquitoes, and some seats lacked proper numbering, causing confusion. Overall, a decent movie experience with a few areas that need improvement.
