Good seating arrangement with clearly divided lower and upper balcony sections. Step lighting could be improved, especially for late entries during the movie. Snacks are reasonably priced, with options like grilled veg sandwiches and paneer wraps at ₹100.

Very disappointing experience. The AC wasn’t working throughout the show, making the theatre extremely hot and uncomfortable despite paying for an air-conditioned experience. The management also failed to provide a proper response. The AC and customer service need immediate improvement before this theatre can be recommended.
The seats were a bit uncomfortable, but the picture and sound quality were excellent and made the overall experience worthwhile.
