Unfortunately, the theatre is poorly maintained, with visible ceiling leaks, broken seats, and malfunctioning VIP seating despite the ₹400 ticket price. The projection was noticeably misaligned, and the 3D glasses were not properly cleaned, which affected the overall viewing experience. Overall, the theatre needs significant improvements in maintenance and basic facilities to justify the ticket prices.

I’ve visited this multiplex many times, but the quality and overall experience have deteriorated drastically. Damaged recliner seats, poor staff handling, no manager available for complaints, and a 15-minute screen outage during the movie made the experience extremely disappointing. Management seriously needs to focus on maintenance, staff conduct, and customer service.
