The overall presentation and ambience make it one of the better cinema destinations in the city. However, the food and beverage counters can become overwhelmed during peak hours, resulting in long queues and slower service. While the cinema experience itself is excellent, the management may need to improve snack counter operations to better handle large crowds during busy shows.
