PVR Lakeshore Mall

The sound system and picture quality were excellent. However, the bright stair lights remained on throughout the movie, which was quite distracting. I spoke to the manager during the interval, and they were understanding enough to switch them off for the second half, which I really appreciated. I hope the theatre considers keeping the stair lights on only during the first few minutes of the movie and after the interval, allowing guests to find their seats without affecting the viewing experience for the rest of the show.

This was one of the worst experiences I've had at a mall for watching a movie. There was no proper guidance or staff available to help visitors reach the PVR, especially during the first and second shows.

More importantly, I was concerned about the lack of security near the auditorium and washrooms. It appeared that people could enter the cinema area and restrooms without proper checks, which raised safety concerns, particularly for women.

I hope the management improves signage, staff assistance, and security measures to provide a safer and better experience for all visitors.

Recently watched *Obsession* at PVR Lake Shore Mall and had a great experience. The mall is clean, modern, and well maintained. I watched in the P[XL] auditorium, and the large screen, excellent picture quality, immersive sound, and comfortable seating made for an enjoyable movie experience. The food was good, and ordering snacks was quick and hassle-free. Overall, everything was smooth from entry to exit. I'd definitely visit again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a premium movie experience.

PVR Lakeshore has a beautiful interior with unique themed aesthetics that create a premium first impression. I've watched movies in Screens 3, 6 (PXL), and 8. Screen 3 offers a decent viewing experience, while Screen 6 (PXL) has comfortable cushioned seats, though you'll notice black bars with most Indian and other scope-format movies due to the flat screen. The regular screens use leatherette seats without much cushioning, which aren't very comfortable and may feel worse over time. Screen 8 is relatively small, whereas Screen 3 strikes a good balance. For the best experience in Screen 3, I recommend booking the middle seats in Rows J, H, or K (Seats 9–13).
