Seating comfort needs a lot of improvement, with poorly maintained seats and recliners, though the snacks are reasonably priced and the overall experience could be much better.

Best screen and best sound experience. Recently watched Irumudi here and it was superb, especially Screen 3 with Dolby 7.1 sound; there are 4 screens in total, with Screens 1 and 4 being the bigger ones.
